- Expiration: KrisFlyer miles expire 36 months after earning (end of the calendar month). PPS Club (premium) members' miles never expire
- Cancellation Policy: $75 per ticket. Additional no-show penalties: $100 (Economy), $200 (Premium Economy), $300 (Business/First). PPS Club: fee waived.
- Change Policy: $25 for date/route/class change on Singapore Airlines; $50 on partner airlines. PPS Club: fee waived.
