- Expiration: Points earned on the Citi Strata card do not expire as long as the account is open
- Cancellation Policy: 24-hour full refund; after 24 hours follow provider policies. Cardholders receive trip cancellation insurance up to $5,000
- Change Policy: Follow airline/hotel policies; standard change fees apply
